Ms. Holland’s commercial real estate, finance and legal experience make her an invaluable asset to the QuietStream Financial leadership team. Over the past thirteen years, Ms. Holland has worked in various capacities for the portfolio companies of QuietStream Financial. Along with her duties as an Officer of QuietStream Financial, she is the Director of Asset Management for Defeasance Holding Company, LLC where she manages over two hundred Successor Borrower entities holding billions of dollars in securities as collateral for thousands of defeased CMBS loans. Prior to taking on this role in 2012, Ms. Holland worked as a Deal Manager for Commercial Defeasance, LLC where she orchestrated the defeasance closing process for over 900 defeasance transactions. Prior to joining Commercial Defeasance, Ms. Holland practiced in the Banking and Capital Markets group for a regional Charlotte law firm representing institutional lenders, finance companies and borrowers in a variety of financing transactions, including syndicated financings, real estate financings, franchise loan originations, loan assumptions and defeasances.
Ms. Holland earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Wittenberg University and her Juris Doctor degree from Emory University. She currently resides in Charlotte, NC with her husband and two daughters.
