Expansion of TCAM’s Consulting and Advisory Services

TCAM announced today the addition of Kathleen Evans to the team, expanding its Consulting and Advisory Services group as the list of clients grows.

Kathleen comes to TCAM from Recap Real Estate Advisors and the Cambridge Housing Authority. She has extensive experience modeling public housing redevelopment and rehabilitation transactions, including transactions involving participation in the Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD).  Kathleen also brings expertise in the public housing Moving to Work demonstration and policy issues with respect to the operation and recapitalization of public housing portfolios. Kathleen’s analytical and real estate skills, policy knowledge and housing authority experience enhance TCAM’s capacity to serve its clients.

The addition of Kathleen to the team reflects TCAM’s growing list of clients in the Consulting and Advisory Services group. Clients include state housing agencies, local housing authorities, non-profit and for-profit owner/developers and equity investors and large financial institutions. “We are delighted that Kathleen has joined us,” said TCAM CEO Jenny Netzer. “With this expansion of our staffing, we can take on new assignments while continuing to provide excellent service to our clients.”
